A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS FOR NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Board of Examainers for Nursing Home Administrators

SECTION 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Act 608 of 1978, the existence of the State Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators is reauthorized for three years.

Termination date

SECTION 2. Item (F) of Section 6 of Act 608 of 1978 is amended to read:

"(F) June 30, 1985, is the termination date for:

(1) Harbor Pilots

(2) Masseurs or Masseuses

(3) Polygraph Examiners

(4) Private Detective and Private Security Agencies

(5) Certification Program for Public Librarians

(6) Board of Registration for Foresters."

Time effective

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
