AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-145, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, DESIGNATING VOTING PLACES FOR PRECINCTS IN CHARLESTON COUNTY, SO AS TO REDESIGNATE THE VOTING PLACE OF NORTH CHARLESTON PRECINCT 9 AS MORNINGSIDE SCHOOL, TO REDESIGNATE THE VOTING PLACE OF RAVENEL PRECINCT 2 AS THE SAMUEL F. LYONS CENTER, AND TO REDESIGNATE THE VOTING PLACE OF ADAMS RUN PRECINCT 2 AS THE C. C. BLANEY SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precincts and voting places in Charleston County

SECTION 1. Items 76, 113, and 116 of Section 7-7-145 of the 1976 Code are amended to read:

"76. North Charleston 9........... Morningside School"

"113. Ravenel 2.................... Samuel F. Lyons Center"

"116. Adams Run 2.................. C. C. Blaney School"

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
