AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-1110, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LIMIT ON WILD TURKEYS, PARTRIDGES, AND QUAIL, SO AS TO ELIMINATE REFERENCES TO WILD TURKEYS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Bag limit

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-1110 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 50-11-1110. The bag limit for quail and partridges is fifteen a day for each hunter."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
