AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 101 OF 1983, RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE ENOREE-LANFORD FIRE DISTRICT IN LAURENS AND SPARTANBURG COUNTIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 101 of 1983 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
