AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 46-25-20, CODE OF LA&S OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS PERTAINING TO THE FERTILIZER LAW, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE FERTILIZER BOARD TO BE COMPOSED OF NOT OVER FIVE MEMBERS OF THE CLEMSON UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES INSTEAD OF ALL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Fertilizer Board; membership revised

SECTION 1. Section 46-25-20(1) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(1) The term 'board' means not over five members of the board of trustees of Clemson University who must be designated by the board."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
