AN ACT TO TRANSFER THE ASSETS OF THE DILLON COUNTY HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION TO THE DILLON COUNTY THEATER ASSOCIATION AND TO REPEAL ACT 1027 OF 1966 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE DILLON COUNTY HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Assets transferred

SECTION 1. All assets of the Dillon County Historic Preservation Commission are transferred to the Dillon County Theater Association.

Act repealed

SECTION 2. Act 1027 of 1966 is repealed.

Time Effective

SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
