AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1-20-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TERMINATION DATES FOR PARTICULAR STATE AGENCIES, COMMISSIONS, AND BOARDS, SO AS TO DELETE THE JOINT LIAISON COMMITTEE ON SMALL BUSINESS WHICH IS SCHEDULED FOR TERMINATION ON JUNE 30, 1987.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Termination date

SECTION 1. Subsection (B) of Section 1-20-50 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(B) JUNE 30, 1987, is the termination date for:

(1) Board of Pharmacy

(2) Board of Medical Examiners

(3) Board of Dentistry

(4) Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners

(5) Board of Nursing

(6) Board of Chiropractic Examiners".

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
