AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 14-27-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENT TO MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR PER DIEM, SUBSISTENCE, AND MILEAGE FOR MEETINGS ATTENDED BY THE MEMBERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW FOR MEMBERS OF STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Per diem, mileage, and subsistence for members of the Judicial Council

SECTION 1. Section 14-27-60 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 14-27-60. Members of the council shall receive for each meeting attended the per diem, subsistence, and mileage provided by law for members of state boards, commissions, and committees which must be paid from appropriations provided by the General Assembly for the operation of the council. The secretary of the council shall approve all vouchers."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
