A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE AIKEN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO LEVY AN ADDITIONAL SIX MILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 WHICH ONLY MAY BE USED FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Additional mills authorized

SECTION 1. The Aiken County Board of Education is authorized to levy an additional six mills for fiscal year 1987-88 which only may be used for the operations of the school district of Aiken County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
