AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 110 OF 1967 AND ACT 416 OF 1971, RELATING TO THE GEORGETOWN COUNTY COMMISSION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 110 of 1967 is repealed.

Repeal

SECTION 2. Act 416 of 1971 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
