AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-1020, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF POINTS FOR HUNTING AND FISHING VIOLATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF POINTS FOR HUNTING WATERFOWL OUT OF POSTED SEASON AND FOR TAKING MORE THAN ONE WATERFOWL OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Hunting violations, point assessments

SECTION 1. Section 50-9-1020(2) of the 1976 Code is amended by adding at the end:

"(q) hunting waterfowl out of posted

season ......................................................15

(r) taking more than one waterfowl over

the legal limit ..........................................15".

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
