AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT FOR THE YEAR 1989 AND THEREAFTER, A TAX MILLAGE OF EIGHTY-FOUR MILLS IS AUTHORIZED TO BE LEVIED FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF AIKEN COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Millage authorized

SECTION 1. For the year 1989 and thereafter, a tax millage of eighty-four mills is authorized to be levied for the operations of the school district of Aiken County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
