AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 14-7-1595, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE RECORDING OF CERTAIN COUNTY GRAND JURY MATTERS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 14-7-1595 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
