A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PATRIOT'S POINT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO BORROW NOT MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD STATE-OWNED PROPERTY RENT ACCOUNT AND TO PROVIDE REPAYMENT TERMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Authority may borrow

SECTION 1. The Patriot's Point Development Authority, with the approval of the State Budget and Control Board, may borrow not more than two hundred ten thousand dollars from the State Budget and Control Board state-owned property rent account. Amounts borrowed must be repaid within one year at an interest rate of seven percent a year.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
