A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND LAND SURVEYORS, RELATING TO SCOPE OF POWERS GRANTED TO TIER B LAND SURVEYORS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 1037, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, relating to Scope of Powers Granted to TIER B Land Surveyors, designated as Regulation Document Number 1037, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
