AN ACT TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND LAND SURVEYORS FOR SIX YEARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Board reauthorized

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 1-20-60 of the 1976 Code, the existence of the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is reauthorized for six years.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
