AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-120, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES IN BERKELEY COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE POLLING PLACE FOR THE CAINHOY PRECINCT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Polling place for Cainhoy Precinct changed

SECTION 1. Section 7-7-120(A)(5) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 31 of 1991, is further amended to read:

"(5) Cainhoy: Cainhoy Fire Department;"

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
