A BILL

TO ABOLISH THE MAGISTERIAL POSITION AT JACKS TOWNSHIP IN LAURENS COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the magisterial position at Jacks Township in Laurens County is abolished.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
