TO REPEAL PARAGRAPH 31.26 OF PART I OF ACT 164 OF 1993, RELATING TO FEES THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL MAY CHARGE PUBLIC DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS IN CARRYING OUT THE DEPARTMENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE FEDERAL SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Numbered paragraph 31.26 of Part I of Act 164 of 1993 is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
