The amendment was then adopted.

Rep. BEATTY proposed the following Amendment No. 5 (DOC. NO. PRINTING\DAILY\REAP\LBC5.DOC), which was tabled.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking Section 1 and inserting in it's place:

"SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 2-1-15. Commencing with the 1994 general election, one representative of the House of Representatives shall be elected from each of the following districts:
