SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-11-140(F) of the 1976 Code, as amended, the following amount is appropriated from the FY 95-96 Set- Aside (Carnell-Felder) to the Property Tax Relief Fund for FY 96-97:

SECTION 2. Except where otherwise provided, this Part takes effect upon approval by the Governor, but the appropriation in Section 1 may not be paid until after the Comptroller General closes the state's books on fiscal year 1995-96.
