A BILL

TO REPEAL ACT 917 OF 1964, RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF COLLETON COUNTY TO SELL SURPLUS SCHOOL PROPERTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Act 917 of 1964 is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
