25     INFANTS AND TODDLERS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FAMILIES MUST NOT BE CHARGED
26     FEES FOR EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE ACT.

28     Section 44-7-2570(A) of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 114 of 1989, is amended to read:

30           "(A)      Families with incomes below the federal poverty guidelines must not be charged for early intervention services provided pursuant
31     to this article.  The department shall develop a schedule of sliding fees for families with incomes above the federal poverty level."
