23     TO AMEND THE 1976 CODE BY ADDING SECTION 1-11-59 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE OFFICE OF GENERAL
24     SERVICES OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD SHALL PREPARE AN ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE
25     HOUSE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE AND THE SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE OF ALL REAL PROPERTY
26     SALES, PURCHASES, EXCHANGES, DISPOSALS, ACQUISITIONS, AND OTHER TRANSFERS OF ONE HUNDRED
27     THOUSAND DOLLARS OR MORE THAT ARE SUBMITTED BY GOVERNMENTAL BODIES TO, AND APPROVED BY,
28     THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD AS PROVIDED BY LAW.

30     The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

32           "Section 1-11-59. The Office of General Services of the State Budget and Control Board shall prepare an annual report for the House
33     Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee of all real property sales, purchases, exchanges, disposals, acquisitions,
34     and other transfers of one hundred thousand dollars or more that are submitted by governmental bodies to, and approved by, the State
35     Budget and Control Board pursuant to Section 1-11-57.  This annual report shall be submitted before the end of October of each year."
