 3     TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-910 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO REVENUE IN CONNECTION WITH FISH, GAME,
 4     AND WATERCRAFT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ONE-HALF THE REVENUE FROM ANNUAL NONRESIDENT FISHING
 5     LICENSES BE CREDITED TO THE GAME FUND OF THE COUNTY WHERE THE REVENUE WAS COLLECTED.

 7     A.  Section 50-9-910(B) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

 9           "(B)   The revenue provided for in subsection (A) and one-half of the revenue generated from the sale of annual nonresident fishing
10     licenses must be credited to the county game fund of the county in which the licenses were sold or revenue was collected."

12     B.  This section takes effect July 1, 1998.
