TO REPEAL SECTION 12-60-1755, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE COUNTY TREASURER'S DUTY TO CREDIT PROPERTY TAXES PAID IN ERROR OR ORIGINALLY ERRONEOUSLY CREDITED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 12-60-1755 of the 1976 Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
