Wilkes: A BILL TO DEVOLVE THE POWERS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY RECREATION DISTRICT ON THE GOVERNING BODY OF FAIRFIELD COUNTY, TO TRANSFER ALL ASSETS AND LIABILITIES OF THE DISTRICT TO THE COUNTY, AND TO REPEAL ACT 1059 OF 1970 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY RECREATION DISTRICT.

At 11:30 A.M., on motion of Senator COURSON, the Senate adjourned to meet tomorrow at 11:00 A.M., under the provisions of S. 811, the Sine Die Resolution, for the purpose of taking up local matters and uncontested matters which have previously received unanimous consent to be taken up.
