S. 14 (Word version) -- Senator Short: A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE SCHOOL DAY OF OCTOBER 16, 1996, MISSED BY THE STUDENTS OF MCCROREY-LISTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT DUE TO THE LACK OF WATER IN THE SCHOOL, IS EXEMPTED FROM THE MAKE-UP REQUIREMENT OF THE DEFINED MINIMUM PLAN.

S. 461 (Word version) -- Senators Mescher and Rose: A BILL TO CREATE A REGISTRATION AND   ELECTIONS COMMISSION FOR BERKELEY COUNTY, ABOLISH THE COMMISSIONERS OF ELECTION AND THE REGISTRATION BOARD OF BERKELEY COUNTY, AND DEVOLVE THEIR POWERS AND DUTIES UPON THE CREATED COMMISSION.
