Verne Smith and Russell: A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 4-23-230, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD OF FIRE CONTROL OF THE PELHAM-BATESVIILE FIRE DISTRICT IN GREENVILLE AND SPARTANBURG COUNTIES, SO AS TO ADD ADDITIONAL POWERS TO THE BOARD.
