CONGRATULATING THE HONORABLE RALPH ANDERSON, SENATOR, DISTRICT NUMBER 7, GREENVILLE COUNTY, ON BEING CHOSEN AS ONE OF THE TOP TWENTY-FIVE LEADERS OF GREENVILLE BY THE GREENVILLE NEWS, AND SALUTING SENATOR ANDERSON FOR HIS OUTSTANDING, DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE.
Whereas, The Greenville News has named the Honorable Ralph Anderson, Senator, District Number 7, Greenville County, as one of the top twenty-five leaders of Greenville; and
Whereas, this honor is greatly deserved inasmuch as Senator Anderson is a genuine public servant and outstanding state policymaker; and
Whereas, Senator Anderson served with distinction in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1991 to 1996 and has rendered exemplary service in the State Senate since 1997; and
Whereas, his hallmarks are being a good listener and doing whatever he can to help other people; and
Whereas, he has been active in civic affairs and state politics for many years; he is a leader in the General Assembly and brings knowledge, expertise, and compassion to every issue and cause; and
Whereas, we are delighted to have this opportunity to recognize such a fine person and distinguished colleague. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly congratulate the Honorable Ralph Anderson, Senator, District Number 7, Greenville County, on being chosen as one of the top twenty-five leaders of Greenville by The Greenville News and salutes Senator Anderson for his outstanding, dedicated public service.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Ralph Anderson.
