Give us the ability to waste none of this day's hours, stain any of its moments, neglect none of its challenges or fail any of its duties. Keep us just and fair, true and sincere. Bring us to evening unstained by temptation, at peace with ourselves, with our fellow beings and with our God. With renewed strength and sharpened minds, send us to our waiting tasks, great and small, to make this a better world whose builder is our God. To You we offer our praise and thanksgiving. Amen.
