    To whom was referred a Bill (S. 1226) to repeal Section 50-11-1280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to restrictions on shooting preserves in game zones 7, etc., respectfully

    That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 50-11-1280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON SHOOTING PRESERVES IN GAME ZONES 7 AND 9.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 50-11-1280 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
