A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND LARRY DEAN PRICE FOR HIS PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO PUBLIC SERVICE AND THE MANY CONTRIBUTIONS HE HAS MADE TO HIS COMMUNITY AND STATE AS OWNER OF PRICE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN CHESNEE, SOUTH CAROLINA.

Whereas, Larry Dean Price founded Price Construction Company, Inc., in 1974 in Chesnee, South Carolina; and

Whereas, for over a quarter century Mr. Price has distinguished himself throughout South Carolina's Upstate as a master builder and a leader in the business community; and

Whereas, the respect in which he is held is as a result of the quality of his craftsmanship and the integrity with which he conducts all business dealings; and

Whereas, in addition to his work with his company, he is also very active in many other civic and church endeavors always willing to give of his time and talents to benefit those in need ; and

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly would like to publicly recognize and thank him for his many contributions to Chesnee, Spartanburg County, and South Carolina as a business and civic leader. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, commend Larry Dean Price for his personal commitment to public service and the many contributions he has made to his community and State as owner of Price Construction Company in Chesnee, South Carolina.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Larry Dean Price.
