To whom was referred a Bill (H. 4871) to amend Section 7-7-320, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the designation of voting precincts in Horry County, etc., respectfully

TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-320, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN HORRY COUNTY, SO AS TO REVISE A CERTAIN VOTING PRECINCT IN HORRY COUNTY AND REDESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER FOR THE MAP ON WHICH LINES OF THESE PRECINCTS ARE DELINEATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS OF THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 7-7-320(B) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 66 of 2003, is further amended to read:
"(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on maps filed with the clerk of court of the county and also on file with the State Election Commission as provided and maintained by the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board designated as document P-51-03 P-51-04."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
