INVITATIONS AND MEMORIAL RESOLUTIONS

To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 5215) to request that the Department of Transportation name the portion of Gaddy's Mill Road in the City of Dillon from its intersection with Kentyre Road to its intersection with Pleasant Hill Road, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF GADDY'S MILL ROAD IN THE CITY OF DILLON FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH KENTYRE ROAD TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH PLEASANT HILL ROAD THE "LIDE T. MOODY HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY CONTAINING THE WORDS "LIDE T. MOODY HIGHWAY".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, request that the Department of Transportation name the portion of Gaddy's Mill road from its intersection with Kentyre Road to its intersection with Pleasant Hill Road the "Lide T. Moody Highway" and erect appropriate markers or signs along this portion of highway containing the words "Lide T. Moody Highway".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Department of Transportation.
