TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO MRS. LINDA WINBURN, AN EIGHTH GRADE TEACHER AT SUMMIT PARKWAY MIDDLE SCHOOL IN COLUMBIA, ON A DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECOGNIZING HER UPON BEING SELECTED SOUTH CAROLINA TEACHER OF THE YEAR FOR 2004-2005 BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives is extended to Mrs. Linda Winburn, an eighth grade teacher at Summit Parkway Middle School in Columbia, on a date and time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of recognizing her upon being selected South Carolina Teacher of the Year for 2004-2005 by the South Carolina Department of Education.
