A BILL

TO REPEAL CHAPTER 7, TITLE 41, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A PERSON'S RIGHT TO WORK REGARDLESS OF MEMBERSHIP OR NONMEMBERSHIP IN AN ORGANIZATION OR LABOR UNION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Chapter 7, Title 41 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
