A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 15-78-60, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXCEPTIONS TO A GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY'S WAIVER OF IMMUNITY UNDER THE TORT CLAIMS ACT, SO AS TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 15-78-60(6) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(6)    civil disobedience, riot, insurrection, or rebellion or the failure to provide, or the method of providing police or fire protection;"

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
