The House assembled at 10:00 a.m.
Deliberations were opened with prayer by Rev. Charles E. Seastrunk, Jr. as follows:

Our thought for today is from Psalm 18:28: "You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light."
Let us pray. Almighty God, author and source of love, focus our attention on Your will to love. Grant us the ability to love without anticipating reward. Plant in us the desire to accept that which we cannot understand. Bestow Your blessing on our Nation, President, State and leaders. Keep our defenders of freedom in Your safe care. In Your Holy name. Amen.

After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of yesterday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.

ADJOURNMENT

At 10:10 a.m. the House in accordance with the motion of Rep. CATO adjourned to meet at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 24, in Local Session.
