The House assembled at 10:00 a.m.
Deliberations were opened with prayer by Rev. Charles E. Seastrunk, Jr. as follows:
Our thought for today is from Job 12:13 "With God are wisdom and strength; He has counsel and understanding."
Let us pray. Almighty God, guide us to serve You by serving others. Equip us for service that we will be encouraged to give our very best. Motivate us to work together to accomplish the goal set before us. Guide all in authority. Bless our Nation, our President, our State and her leaders. Protect our defenders of freedom. In Your Holy Name we pray. Amen.
