A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO WELCOME INTO THE WORLD KATE PATRICK THROWER, DAUGHTER OF KEITH AND HELEN ANN THROWER OF COLUMBIA, WHO WILL SOON CELEBRATE HER FIRST BIRTHDAY, AND TO WISH HER GOOD HEALTH, IMMENSE HAPPINESS, AND EVERY SUCCESS IN THE WORLD AS SHE EMBARKS ON HER LIFE JOURNEY.

Whereas, Kate Patrick Thrower, who will soon celebrate her first birthday, was born May 5, 2005, at 2:05 p.m. to proud parents, Keith and Helen Ann Thrower; and

Whereas, born at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, the new Miss Thrower weighed six pounds, seven ounces and measured 18 inches; and

Whereas, Kate Patrick is also greeted by maternal grandparents, Lanneau and Mary Helen Siegling, and paternal grandparents, Paula Thrower and Mike and B. Thrower; and

Whereas, Kate Patrick joins cousins, Harrison and Will Siegling, children of uncle and aunt, Holton and Martha Ann Siegling, and she is already adored by her doting aunt, Christy Siegling; and

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina General Assembly are pleased to recognize Kate Patrick Thrower as a new daughter of South Carolina and look forward to hearing great things about her life in the future. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, welcome into the world Kate Patrick Thrower, daughter of Keith and Helen Ann Thrower of Columbia, who will soon celebrate her first birthday, and wish her good health, immense happiness, and every success in the world as she embarks on her life journey.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Keith and Helen Ann Thrower of Columbia.
