THE RICHLAND DELEGATION

To whom was referred a Bill (S. 808) to devolve the authority to appoint the members of the Richland County Recreation Commission from the Richland County Legislative Delegation to the governing body, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A BILL

TO DEVOLVE THE AUTHORITY TO APPOINT THE MEMBERS OF THE RICHLAND COUNTY RECREATION COMMISSION FROM THE RICHLAND COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF RICHLAND COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The authority to make the appointment of the members of the Richland County Recreation Commission is devolved from the Richland County Legislative Delegation to the governing body of Richland County.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
