TO ESTABLISH PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-1-180 OF THE 1976 CODE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL CONTINUE IN SESSION AFTER 5:00 P.M. ON JUNE 2, 2005, FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN SPECIFIED MATTERS.
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:
That the General Assembly shall continue in session after 5:00 p.m. on June 2, 2005, under the following terms and conditions:
