A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE DATE BY WHICH THE HIGHER EDUCATION TASK FORCE MUST SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE HIGHER EDUCATION STATEWIDE STRATEGIC PLAN TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15, 2008.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Deadline extended
SECTION 1. The date by which the Higher Education Task Force, established by Proviso 5A.28 in Act 117 of 2007, shall submit recommendations for the Higher Education Statewide Strategic Plan to the General Assembly is extended until September 15, 2008.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 13th day of February, 2008.
Approved the 19th day of February, 2008.
