TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO SEASONS, LIMITS, AND METHODS OF TAKING WILDLIFE, SPECIAL USE RESTRICTIONS ON WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS, AND PROVISIONS FOR TAKING FURBEARING ANIMALS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 3141, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to seasons, limits, and methods of taking wildlife, special use restrictions on wildlife management areas, and provisions for taking furbearing animals, designated as Regulation Document Number 3141, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
These regulations amend Chapter 123-40, 123-51 and 123-52 in order to set seasons, bag limits and methods of hunting and taking of wildlife on existing and additional Wildlife Management Areas.
