Deliberations were opened with prayer by Rev. Charles E. Seastrunk, Jr., as follows:

Our thought for today is from Psalm 16:4: "Those who choose another God multiply their sorrows."
Let us pray. As we begin this week of Passover and Holy week, let us reflect on our own lives and how we treat other people at home and in the work place. Guide us to do good for all we are in relationships with and to worship You, our God. Bless our Nation, President, State, Governor, Speaker and all who work and serve in government. Protect our defenders of freedom as they protect us. In the name of our Lord. Amen.

After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of Friday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.

At 10:10 a.m. the House in accordance with the motion of Rep. W. D. SMITH adjourned to meet in Local Session at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
