To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 4583) to request that the Department of Transportation erect signs that contain the words "Lykesland Community" along United States Highway 76/378 one-fourth of a mile, etc., respectfully
That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ERECT SIGNS THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "LYKESLAND COMMUNITY" ALONG UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 76/378 ONE-FOURTH OF A MILE FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH OLD HOPKINS ROAD AND TROTTER ROAD IN RICHLAND COUNTY.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly request that the Department of Transportation erect signs that contain the words "Lykesland Community" along United States Highway 76/378 in Richland County one-fourth of a mile from its intersection with Old Hopkins Road and Trotter Road in the right shoulder of the highway as a vehicle approaches the intersection from the cities of Columbia and Sumter.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
