To whom was referred a Joint Resolution (S. 719) to approve regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to seasons, limits, methods of take, and special use restrictions on Wildlife Management Areas, designated as Regulation Document Number 3120, etc., respectfully

TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO SEASONS, LIMITS, METHODS OF TAKE, AND SPECIAL USE RESTRICTIONS ON WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 3120, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to Seasons, Limits, Methods of Take, and Special Use Restrictions on Wildlife Management Areas, designated as Regulation Document Number 3120, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
These regulations amend Chapter 123-40, 123-51 and 123-52 in order to eliminate references to Game Zones that no longer exist. Act No. 289 of 2006 reduced the number of Game Zones from 11 to 6.
