A BILL

TO CREATE THE ALLENDALE COUNTY AERONAUTICS AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS, THEIR TERMS, POWERS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    There is created the Allendale County Aeronautics and Development Commission as follows:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
