Therefore, I agree with Senator JACKSON's request to drop the SHEHEEN amendment in order to move this Bill forward.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, by deleting lines 29 through 39 and inserting the following:
/ (B) A student residing in South Carolina who is twenty-one years of age or younger shall be eligible to enroll in the South Carolina Virtual School Program. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.

C. Senate for twenty years.
